November 1, 1979 Finn Nielson, Examiner in Chief Centre for Forensic Science, took posession of a box containing lead and/or copper projectiles. Nielson gave testimony at trial. Material in nose of bullet found in Comeau resembled bone. The bullet was taken to a Mr. Phillip in biological section. Matiyek's jacket and shirt also went to Mr. Phillip.
